Our Tuesday 11 August Brava Signature Event in Brighton was such a beautiful morning!
We were joined by the wonderful Tanya Levy, who took us through an engaging, hands-on Energy Reclaim session— giving us the opportunity to pause, reconnect with ourselves and explore ways to reclaim our energy.
And, as always, there was plenty of connection, conversation, laughter and those spontaneous moments that make Brava events so special.
