Natalia Walker, Creating Space for Clarity, Creativity and Purpose

This month, we are delighted to spotlight Natalia Walker, the intuitive artist and accountability coach behind Inner Creative. Natalia supports big-hearted, purpose-driven business owners to get out of their own way and create success on their own terms.

With a background that spans strategic planning, project management, engineering, the arts and social sciences, Natalia brings a beautifully balanced approach to her work. She blends logic with intuition, structure with creativity and compassion with insight. Through her mandala art practice, creativity training and PSYCH-K® belief change facilitation, she gently guides her clients forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

Since joining Brava, Natalia has been a thoughtful and generous presence, reminding us that meaningful work often begins with connection.

Natalia’s Interview:

  • I am an extravert and a real people person, so networking has always been important to me. After starting my business, one thing I missed from my previous role was the opportunity to make connections, collaborate and be around others.

Joining networking groups like Brava has been instrumental in bringing back that sense of community. It has helped me feel part of something bigger than myself and reminded me how powerful connection can be.

  • I have made many wonderful connections through Brava that have led to collaborations, new clients, skill development and supportive friendships.

One particularly meaningful connection was with the inspiring Claudia Buehrer from Create Movement. We were seated next to each other at a Brava in-person event. After my one-minute introduction, Claudia leaned over and whispered that she wanted to chat about working together.

That single conversation led to an invitation to co-host a Pilates Soul Retreat with Claudia and yoga therapist Anna Speranza. The retreat was a beautiful experience, and the three of us went on to co-host another two successful half-day retreats on the Mornington Peninsula. Over time, these collaborations grew into strong friendships. We now support each other as clients, collaborators and enthusiastic testers of each other’s new offerings.

  • It is your business. You get to create your own rules. Trust your inner wisdom.

  • There are two things that really help me stay motivated. The first is the joy I feel when creating intuitive art, developing tools to help clients overcome procrastination, facilitating PSYCH-K® belief change sessions and running creative and accountability workshops.

The second is the positive feedback I receive from clients and the growth I get to witness in them. Seeing clients achieve their goals in ways that bring them genuine happiness is incredibly motivating. A great testimonial truly puts me on cloud nine.

When I feel stuck or unmotivated, I make time to create something for myself or as a gift for someone else. This always lifts my energy and often creates a ripple effect of comfort or inspiration for others. This is how my Happy Hearts Care card range began in late 2020, and there are now hundreds of cards around Australia and the world supporting self-care.

  • My focus word for 2026 is Explore. I am excited to expand my business offerings through Inner Creative and continue growing my accountability and co-working group, the Inspiration Club.

2026 feels full of exciting possibilities. Networking with Brava, both in person and online, will allow me to meet inspiring women, discover new ideas and opportunities, and deepen my connection with many of the wonderful Brava members. I am very much looking forward to a year of exploration and connection with Brava.

Thank you, Natalia, for sharing your story, creativity and wisdom with the Brava community. Your gentle guidance, thoughtful approach and commitment to meaningful work are truly inspiring. We are grateful to have you as part of Brava and look forward to seeing your journey continue to unfold.
