If your business looks successful on the outside but feels unnecessarily hard on the inside, we should probably talk. Particularly if you’re also CEO of the household, head of logistics, and the unofficial family operations manager.
I’m Chantal, a business strategist and business coach for founders, solopreneurs, and small business owners who are done with chaos, decision fatigue, and doing everything the hard way just because “that’s how it’s always been done”.
I’ve successfully run small businesses and worked closely with startups and founders, so I know what it’s like when strategy sounds great in theory but falls apart somewhere between the inbox, the systems, and real life. Most women don’t need more motivation, more content, or another to-do list. They need clarity, structure, and systems that actually work.
Before all this, I was a lawyer. Which means I’m very good at spotting what matters, cutting through nonsense, and organising messy information into clear decisions. I have a low tolerance for fluff, vague advice, and overcomplicated processes that promise freedom and deliver admin.
I work as a strategic sounding board for my clients, but I don’t stop at the thinking part. I can help you organise implementation and training too. That includes process improvement, workflow design, organising data, improving how information is managed, and making sure your systems are actually doing what they are supposed to do . Useful, simple, and not quietly ruining your day.
I also help business owners use modern tools, AI and new technologies in a calm, sensible way. No hype. No jargon. No expectation that anyone suddenly becomes an expert. Just practical support that makes life simpler
I’m known for being straight-talking, warm, and just challenging enough to move people forward. My clients are capable, successful women who are tired of carrying everything in their heads and ready for a smarter, more structured way of running their business. Alongside my one-to-one work, I run practical courses and training through Q&O Collective, focused on real-world skills and implementation.
If your business works, but you’re exhausted by how much of it depends on you, let’s talk.
