Hi I'm Carolyn and I've been a health fanatic since I was 19, and now I am a personal trainer in Bayside Melbourne for over 25 years! 

​Don't get me wrong, I love my share of bad foods, but I've trained my body over the years to burn it off.  I can teach you too.  I love doing my 10 Day Detox every now and then, but all in moderation means I don't have to 'diet'.  Let's face it, no one likes that word, and we shouldn't have to use it. 

It's never too late to start on the health and fitness path to be leaner, stronger, fitter and healthier.  My mum didn't start 'til she was 66 and is now in the best shape of her life at 76, and my dad at 83 - no meds, just exercise and good nutrition. 

I'm passionate about helping people achieve their fitness & weight loss goals to do the things they value most in life. 

My wish is for everyone to value their own life and prioritise themselves instead of others all the time. 

It's a shame people create more stress in their lives rather than decrease it, which is a major culprit of weight gain and ill health.  Once the stress, anxiety, depression or hormonal imbalances are relieved, I believe the world is your oyster and you can achieve great things!  I can help with that.
